Hi all! I've been, searching, reading and planning for awhile, but still have questions about the type of conduit most people are using. I know the connectors fit 3/4 size EMT, but from what I've read, it seems like some people use steel and some aluminum?
Is that correct? What did you use and why?
Also, if you're using aluminum, where did you get it? I can only find steel retail in Eastern MA, or "rigid aluminum" conduit which seems different and is 3-4x the price of steel.
My project is an outdoor garden project, so I was interested in aluminum for it's corrosion resistance, and lighter weight. But maybe I'm missing something?
