Is there a way to connect 1/2-inch conduit flush? I see that threaded pipe inserts for example are only for 3/4-inch and ... but that is more expensive and heavier.

How much weight can a 4 foot span of 3/4 inch conduit hold?

3/4 or 1/2 conduit what to use? I am wanting to build a dartboard stand that can be easily broken down and moved, see ... think I over engineered let me know.

@Jake, I remember seeing a video you did testing the strength of an adjustable angle hinge and assume the same load ... anchor hex head screws. Thanks, Stuart
