A new "add on" to hang anything that the process requires during a period of time, and also to allow the utensiles to get dry after washing. I found this "off the shelf" "S hook", then expanded one side so the 3/4" EMT fits in, but does not allow the S hook to sleep out if you pull what is hanged on the hook. If I don't need to hang anything, then you can slide all the hooks to one side. A final picture of the workshop that is taking a big step towards beeing more lean.
