Problem- How to mount a bird feeder outside the kitchen window, 15' off of the ground? I made a boom that mounts to the deck railing. It pivots so that you can swing it over the deck to fill the feeder. The base has a notch in it to keep it from swinging in the wind. You lift it up out of the notch so you can pivot it. Not much of a project, but a handy solution to the problem.
