Recently finished a cross country ski sled for my daughter. It holds her car seat and we use it for walks in the woods or to pull behind while cross country skiing. I used 1/2" conduit with tee connectors and shims. Utilized two hole straps to connect the conduit to the skis, and added a self tapper as a little insurance. Did a fair amount of bends and utilized a gas shock for some suspension.
Question for Jake. Have you guys discussed adding a security hole to the 3/4" tees, similar to what you have on the 1" tees? For something like this, i probably should drill and put it self tappers as a little extra security.
