That's great Brian! We were talking several months ago about using that same weaving technique in furniture to support cushions etc. It's cool to see you had a similar idea and put it to use. Thanks for sharing!

No added noise. Not saying my jeep is crystal quiet either. So far so good. Keeping good tension on the webbing may be a challenge.. Will see.

How did you get the webbing to wrap around the pipe? It is sewn into a loop?

- I pre-sewed the loops. And then installed them as I assembled the grid. Yes, I sewed them.
