What size drill bit should I use to make a hole in a shelf board that will tightly fit 3/4" EMT conduit? The shelf board will sit on top of a T-connector on each leg. It should be as tight as possible while still being able to slide it down the legs to the supporting T-connectors (even if I need to tap it with a rubber mallet to get it there).
