Has anyone tried using maker pipe connectors to join 3/4" IMC (or RMC or pipe)? They all seem to have an outer diameter of 1.05". I'm doing a build which will be living outside permanently and involves a cantilevered beam. I'm thinking the galvanization and extra strength are desirable in this case...

Where am I?

That outer diameter is gonna be too big for the connectors. The largest outer diameter we have tried is 1" and they fit, but it is a very very tight fit.
