I am the Arts and Environment Minister for my Senior Independent Living Chapel. I need to have some small shelves for plants. I have a frame which is made from an old decorative screen. (see photo). I need to be able to clamp small shelves on the upright pipes. For example, poinsettias at Christmas. The upright pipes are 1 inch diameter.
