Here is the video I promised when I first posted this build. Here is the original narrative and photos.

I needed an adapter for a 3/4" and a 1/2" EMT connection using the standard "T." I searched around the garage and found a 5/8" insulated (inexpensive) pipe clamp. It fit snug around the 1/2" EMT conduit but the holes would not line up with the T holes using the standard bolt. I swapped out the bolt with a 1/4 x 20 screw and nut. I loose fit the clamp over the 1/2" EMT and sandwiched the T over it. I was able to line up the 1/4" screw through all the holes and tighten everything with the nut. The clamp metal is soft and filled the gap. Tight non-slip adapter. Here are some pics.

Here is the latest video I did for my YT channel. I only used 2 "T" connectors because I had spare bimini parts left over. You could use the MP adjustable angles for the support bars instead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOOtVV8JNtg

I saw this for sale on FB Marketplace and thought somebody here might like it as a MP project.

Hi All. Could you post the dimensions and hole patterns of the new flanges? It will help with designs. Thanks!

This is a 3/4 inch EMT standing/cast bar for a kayak. I used 2 "T" MP connectors for the horizontal grab bar. I could have used the MP adjustable angle connectors for the support members but had other "bimini top" connectors on hand. The bases are connected in tracks on the kayak.
