I needed a way to build a cage to protect the props and support the rudders on my homemade Hovercraft and get it done quickly. With the Maker Pipe connectors and parts I was able to build the cage much faster than I expected. I used the hovercraft on the river in Alaska all through the summer of 2023.

Because of the stress this project puts on the connections, when I got back home in fall I did drill holes and then put screws in each connection as a way to strengthen the frame so that the conduit won't pull apart from vibration. However, I ran 1,500 miles without this update and it held together just fine. This was done as just in case insurance. Thanks for the quick service last year."
