I am trying to bend a ½" x 10' piece of EMT to form a 180° arch. Unfortunately the conduit benders I have access to don't have a 5 degree mark. Using the calculator offered and using the 10 degree mark instead leaves long straight sections as opposed to a more fluent curve. I've tried looking online to find a homemade jig that I could use to get a more precise bend but I was unable to find anything. If anyone has any good suggestions, please let me know.
