I want to put a handle on the tongue of my store bought bike trailer, to be able to pull the loaded trailer by hand. The tongue is round tube with an outside diameter of 28.1mm or 1.1". Will any of the 45° or similar connectors fit over that? What size conduit to extend out for the handle?
