"I had run into a post online about the increased yields of using a 3 branch trellis on tomato plants. Every approach seemed to require more money than it was worth until I found out about using conduit. I saw commercial products that were using conduit so all I needed to do was find the connectors they were using. Enter Maker Pipe. I found everything I needed to extend the single trellises I was using on the tomato planters and decided to extend the same concept to my cucumber plants. So with a pipe cutter and an allen key I was able to construct both trellis systems. And the great thing is these will last for years. It turns out that 1/2" rebar fits inside 1/2" conduit so I used that to anchor the cucumber trellis. It is rock solid. Couldn't be happier." - MV
