McMaster-Carr has EMT conduit available in red, white, blue, and black. They also offer a couple of connectors in the same colors. I haven't seen them in person, but the pictures look fantastic. The price is 30-40% more than regular galvanized grey at my local big box store, but shipping is very expensive (shipping for a single stick starts at 10x the cost of a single stick for me).
