Maker Pipe connectors will be instrumental in creating the inner frame for the Polyworks Labs IoT home assistant robot that is currently being built. The base is a robotic chassis from Superdroid Robots. The pipe frame will build up from here. Majority of the components will be near the base, but several will be about 4' up. This will allow for better visual, heat and LIDAR detection when navigating a human-occupied household. 3d printed and welded aluminum were beaten out by EMT conduit piping as the solution. Looking forward to seeing how it works out.
